  • What to do if you have a issue?

    First thing, Don't Panic! as someone has said, “This, too, shall pass.” Second, read the FAQs below you might find a solution to your problem, if not just drop an email on support@rachanaranade.in and pray to the god our support team answers to your email, he he just kidding! We will try to solve the issue as soon as possible.

    How to create an account on website?

    You need to create an account before taking a course. Click on 'Log in' button present on the top right of website home page. a popup for log in will open, click on 'Sign Up' button. Enter your Email Id, Password and Mobile No. to register for an account. (You may need to verify your Mobile no. by OTP and also confirm your email ID)

    How to create an account on App?

    You need to create an account before taking a course. Click on Menu Icon (Three horizontal lines) present on the top left of the Store Screen. From the opened menu, click on Login/Register button. Click on Sign Up. Enter your Email Id, Password and Mobile No. to register for an account. (You may need to verify your Mobile no. by OTP and also confirm your email ID)

  • How to use Access Codes?

    You need to create an account on the app to use the access codes. After Successful login, click on the Menu Icon present on the top left of the Store Screen. From the opened menu, click on My Courses Button. On the opened screen, click on the Gift Icon present on the Top Right of the Screen. Enter your Access Code here. Respective Course will be added to your My Courses section.

  • How to take a Course? (On Android & iOS)

    (To be able to watch the course on Android OR iOS you must buy the respective version of the course) After you have purchased the Course from website or the App or used the access code of the course, the course would be added to your My Course Section. To view the lectures, Install the CA Rachana Ranade app from Google Play Store OR iOS App Store on your device (Android phone, Android Tab, iPhone, iPad Click), Open and log in with the same log in credentials which you used to buy the course. Click on Menu Icon (Three horizontal lines) present on the top left of the Store Screen. From the opened menu, click on 'My Courses' you should see your course, click on the Course image to start the course.

    If you want to watch the lectures on Desktop or Laptop please buy from https://rachanaranade.com

    How to take a Course? (On Windows PCs)

    (To be able to watch the course on Windows PC you must buy the respective version of the course) After you have purchased the course from website or the App or used the access code of the course, our team will send you the link to download the encrypted course lectures with your Unique Serial Key and Rio player (used to play the lectures) on your registered email ID within 48 working hrs. On receiving the email you need to download the lectures and Rio Player installer on your PC, after that Install the Rio Player on your PC and open the Rio player to browse the lecture and view them. You will need enter the Serial key to log in the Rio Player to view the lectures. If you face any issues please drop an email to rachanaranade01@gmail.com 

    How to take CA Courses?(Available on Pen Drive as well as on google drive link)

    (To be able to watch the course on Pen Drive course on Windows PC you must buy the respective version of the course, note: Only CA courses are available a Pen Drive Course) After you have purchased the Course from the website or the App or used the access code of the course, our team will dispatch you the Pen Drive to your registered Address with in 48 working hrs which contains encrypted course lectures with your Unique Serial Key and Rio player (used to play the lectures) On receiving the Pen Drive you need to copy the lectures and Rio Player installer on your PC after that Install the Rio Player on your PC and open the Rio player to browse the lecture and view them. You will need enter the Serial key to log in the Rio Player to view the lectures. If you face any issues please drop an email to support@rachanaranade.in 

  • I have issues with Login, what should I do?

    You can click on Forgot Password link to reset your password from the login screen. We will send the new password to your registered email address. Try to login with the new password.
    If the issue still persists, drop an email to support@rachanaranade.in  with the issue details.

  • I am unable to access the Course, what should I do?

    Please check whether you are using the same email, which was used for purchasing/using the access code. Check for the course in your My Course section. If the course is still not available, please drop an email to support@rachanaranade.in 

  • Do you provide any stock tips or financial advice?

    Sorry, we dont provide any stock specific or financial advise at present.
